顎式破碎機(jī)(改進(jìn)型顎式破碎機(jī))：
　　顎式破碎機(jī)，機(jī)架、動(dòng)顎采用整體鑄鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。通過(guò)電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)皮帶和皮帶輪，通過(guò)偏心軸使動(dòng)顎上下運(yùn)動(dòng)，當(dāng)動(dòng)顎上升時(shí)肘板與動(dòng)顎間夾角變大，從而推動(dòng)動(dòng)顎板向固定顎板接近，使其石料被壓碎或劈碎，達(dá)到破碎的目的；當(dāng)動(dòng)顎下行時(shí)，肘板與動(dòng)顎夾角變小，動(dòng)顎板在拉桿、彈簧的作用下，離開固定顎板，此時(shí)已破碎石料從破碎腔下口排出。隨著電動(dòng)機(jī)連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)而破碎機(jī)動(dòng)顎作周期運(yùn)動(dòng)壓碎和排泄石料，實(shí)現(xiàn)批量生產(chǎn)。
　　該機(jī)具有破碎比大、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、工作可靠、維修方便和運(yùn)營(yíng)成本低等特點(diǎn)。適用于各種硬度、進(jìn)料粒度≤1000mm、出料粒度≤250mm石料的破碎（具體進(jìn)出料粒度要根據(jù)石料硬度并通過(guò)選擇機(jī)型來(lái)確定）。
　　改進(jìn)型顎式破碎機(jī)，全面優(yōu)化顎式破碎機(jī)的技術(shù)參數(shù)。偏心軸采用鍛打鋼并經(jīng)熱處理、精磨等加工；大型顎式破碎機(jī)采用重型皮飛輪、慣性力大、避免石料卡機(jī)、提高產(chǎn)量；皮飛輪采用脹套裝配、便于拆卸；齒板采用優(yōu)質(zhì)高錳合金材料鑄造、增強(qiáng)耐磨性。已申報(bào)國(guó)家專利。

Jaw  Crusher (Improved  Jaw  Crusher)
    The machine frame and swing  jaw of the jaw crusher are cast as a whole with cast steel . Jaw Crushers work  in this way: The electromotor drives the eccentric shaft to move the swing  jaw up and down through  driving belts and a pulley. When the swing jaw moves  upward and  toward the fixed jaw, the angle between the toggle plate and the swing jaw becomes bigger,  the building stones are crushed due to  compressing and  chopping . When the swing  jaw moves downward , the angle between the toggle plate and the swing jaw becomes smaller,   the swing jaw moves away from the fixed jaw under the action of the spring tension rod, and the crushed stones are discharged from the bottom opening of the crushing cavity. As the electromotor rotates continuously and  the swing jaw of the crusher moves periodically for crushing and discharging the stones, the batch production of  products  will  be  achieved . 
    Jaw Crushers have features such as  high reduction ratio , simple structure, reliable operation and easy maintenance as well as lower operational cost. It is suitable for crushing  stones with different hardness and with feeding sizes of no more than 1000 mm and discharging  sizes of  no more than 250 mm( however, the specific feeding and discharging sizes  should be decided by the  stone hardness and by choosing crusher models .). 
    Improved  Jaw  Crusher: Optimizing the technical parameters of jaw  crusher in an all-round way. Eccentric shaft is made of forged steel , subjecting to processing such as heat treatment  and precision grinding and so on . Heavy-duty belt pulley and flywheel are installed  in a large size jaw  crusher , possessing big inertial force  and preventing clogs in the machine ,and increasing the  product output. The belt pulley and  flywheel  are  assembled  through expansion bushings , easy to be dismantled . The jaw plates are cast of quality  alloy  with high manganese content , improving the  abrasion  resistance  of  jaw  plates.  National patent has been applied for the improved  jaw  crusher.
